CS Electronic, the people that brought us the digital tweak board, have announced the release of a new range of pre glued rubber tires. Suitable for electric touring cars these new rubber tires comes in 22, 27, 30 and 35 shores and with the exception of the 22 shore, all work on both outdoor as well as carpet surfaces and all come pre glued on these white disc wheels.

Xray have updated their website with the lastest spare parts for their XT8 truggy among which are these Thrax truggy tires. These low-profile truggy tires ensure high traction and high speed while the large sidewalls are designed for more controllable and consistent side bite. The tires are made from soft compound to generate sufficient grip in most racing conditions. Xray have also released truggy wheels and inserts that can be bought seperately or as a pair with the tires.

Hot Bodies have announced that they are shipping these new 2nd version touring car dish wheels. Made in 24mm width, as per normal wheels for this class, these latest versions feature increased wall thickness, substantially improved rigidity and better overall strength making them more suitable for high grip surfaces. Also release for the Cyclone touring car, as well as the D4 buggy, are new anti roll-bar centering collars which are sold in packs of 4, with grub screws, and come in 3 different colours – purple, blue and black.

Much More have announced the release of this simple tire balancer for 1/10th and 1/8th tires. Called the True Balance, it helps locate and fix unbalanced wheels and it will be made available in the usual Much More colours, Andy Moore purple, Marc Rheinard blue and black. Steel Pinions by Flap

Japenese firm Flap, have announced that they will soon be selling their new steel pinions for electric off road cars. Made from hard steel, these pinion have also been constructed to be light weight and combined with a coated surface these pinions will last a very long time. The pinions come in a 48 pitch and in a range of 16T – 24T which are suitable for both 2WD and 4WD and on the rear of the pinions the teeth number has also been printed. Flap has also released new mini rubber tires and inserts in a range of different hardnesses.

Pro Line have announced the release of some new products for the month of May with the introduction of their black theme. Their popular high downforce wing that they released a while back is now available in black while their dished Velocity wheels now also come in shiny black for both buggy and truggy. Pro Line have also added to their pre mounted series, with the addition of their popular Hole Shot tire and finally they have announced that their Bow Tie tire will become available in the harder XTR compound.

Kawada prototype wheel for M300

Kawada, the company that brought you the M300 RSX 1/12th scale chassis, have announced that they will be showing these new larger diameter wheels for the first time at next weeks Shizuoka Hobby show. Made to fit their 1/12th scale, the new profile (on the front wheel at least) looks similar to that from the Kyosho Evolva 1/8th scale wheel design, with the rear wheel also having the same profile. Kawada are also hinting at a new electric touring car to be shown for the first time at the same show, showing only a heavily pixelated CAD image, ahead of its official unveiling next week.
