Keven Hebert takes Halloween Classic 12th Mod title

The recent Halloween Classic continues to be one of the premier on-road events in USA with 225 lucky entrants converged upon The Gate in Brunswick, OH for an exciting weekend and the unofficial kick-off to the 2015-16 indoor racing season. Canadian driver Keven Hebert has been the dominant North American 1/12th driver the past few years and continued to show world-class pace by placing his car on the pole position of the 1/12th Mod A-main with a time that bested his nearest competitor by over a lap. With a single main event determining the winner, a clean start and mistake-free race would be in order. As planned, Keven shot into the lead at the sound of the tone and never looked back. He slowly increased his lead and at the 8-minute mark he crossed the finish line to take a wire-to-wire win. Teammate Mike Haynes also drove impressively to join Keven on the podium in the third position while veteran racer Josh Cyrul grabbed the runner-up spot.
