…series, the Italian company have sent us the release for their body mounting hole positioning system. As we explained there are units that go over your body posts and help the loose magnets find their exact centre when place on the uncut painted body shell. A hole in each of the magnets allows you the mark the exact centre of the post allowing you to make perfectly positioned bodies each time. 3-time World Champion also uses the Hole shot and has his own line of MR33 branded versions. Available for both 1/8th and 1/10th scale. Source: Pit Shark [pitshark.it]…

Made out of 1mm top quality lexan the body is strong and sturdy and should stand up to the rigors of racing while protecting your expensive electrics inside. On it’s very first outing at the BRCA micro nationals Mark Stiles took the…

We received a report from the 4th round of the BRCA Micro Nationals that took place in Tamworth last weekend. The pits were buzzing with excitement all day with new chassis and electrical layouts a plenty! Previous Micro Champion SMD’s Craig Harris made his return to competitive micro racing with his prototype LRP Shark. Craig’s Shark ran a modified slipper clutch and a motor mounting layout similar to the Associated B44 to optimize the weight distribution and handling of the car but with only a few minutes of run time on the new chassis even Craig was unsure as to…

…conversions thoughts were as to who would emerge as Team EXOTEK drivers in the coming weeks, and whether the new TEK18T chassis could ever give the LRP Shark ST Pro a run for its money. Sam Clifton’s GM micro sensorless brushless system had a few of the top drivers giving praise at how fast his car was down the main straight whilst word of new Gecko foams being tested by the Gecko team had everyone watching the foam –vs- rubber war as it unfolded. 2WD Qualifying Danny Conway’s Mongoose powered 2WD LRP Shark ST took the top spot in the…
