Also offering a weight saving over the standard kit parts as a result of its titanium material, the ball end set is made up of 14 pieces for complete upgrade.
Reds Racing has released the 723 Scuderia PRO Gen 3 .23 Engine that is specifically designed for 1:8 Truggy. The new engine comes with a completely redesigned sleeve hand tuned by Mario Rossi to generate more power than the previous versions. In some applications, Truggy requires more power and the 723 Scuderia is designed around that. Based on our popular 721 Scuderia Pro, our 723 Scuderia piston and sleeve are specifically designed for use in Truggy and are optimised for this application. Furthermore, 723 Truggy engine comes with a new rear bearing for increased durability and reliability. The PRO engine features an extremely performing 3 needle carburetor which allows better and easier tuning in all conditions. Furthermore, thanks to its mid range needle, this carburetor guarantees more linear power delivery and greater power. The new engine also comes with DLC Coated crankshaft and backplate for improved engine durability. The crankshaft can last approximately 3 times more than a conventional steel crankshaft thanks to the extreme hardness of the diamond coating. Even the conrod life is lengthened by about 50%.
Expanding its offering of Crawler Bodies, MonTech Racing has released their all new Patrol body. Based on Nissan’s popular offroader, the Patrol body can be mounted on all scaler models with a wheelbase of 313/315mm. It is molded from 0.75mm polycarbonate and the kit includes decals and window masks.
Losi has released this officially licensed Polaris RZR Rey 1:10 4WD Desert SxS RTR. Available in two models, Factory Polaris Blue and FOX Shocks Orange, it is based on Polaris’ full sized top-of-the-line RZR Pro R wide open model. The Losi release features new RZR Rey independent rear trailing arm suspension provides superior cornering over rough terrain and includes officially licensed BFGoodrich KM3 tyres on officially licensed Raceline A93 Podium wheels. Bright LED’s in front and rear light buckets for add realism after dark. As an RTR, it comes complete with a power system consists of a waterproof Spektrum 3800Kv brushless motor and Spektrum Firma 130A brushless Smart ESC with control via the Spektrum DX3 radio system.
T-Works has released these ‘Polarity Heatsink Connector’ sets. Available in 4 and 5mm, the gold male bullet connectors are low profile. The plug grips are available as a red and black option for easy polarity identification or as a set of black grips for a more stealth look.

VP-Pro has added small size version to their tyre mounting band group specifically designed for 1:10 Buggy and 1:10 Grand Touring. Made from high-elasticity silicone rubber and finished in VP-Pro Brilliant Blue, the bands have 6 outer tabs for even placement on the tyre in preparation for gluing. The bands come supplied as a pack of four bands.

Matrix Racing Tires has unveiled the names of their initial upcoming 1:8 Offroad Tyres releases. In a 2-minute video on social media, which features team driver David Ronnefalk in the lead role, the Italian manufacturer closes the Space themed video with images unveiling the four new tyres lined up side by side. Maybe a video that hints more at company founder Cristian Boni having ambitions to become a movie producer, the only specific details given about the tyres are the names which are all Space related – Nebula, Blackhole, Stardust and Nova. Following the announcement that Martin Bayer has joined RC electronics newcomer Elceram, the Czech manufacturer has announced he is to be joined my multiple Czech National Champion Max Götzl. Not only will the young driver bring his racing experience both on the national and international stage to the new project but his electronics knowledge & interest as a student of faculty of electrical engineering. Elceram’s first r/c specific product, the Nitride 1:10 speed controller which s still in the final phase of testing, has received huge interest following the Bayer announcement. Commenting on the announcement, Götzl said, “I am very happy to be joining ELCERAM RC, the experienced Czech company, new upcoming to the RC world, and to be getting into the process of development of the new NITRIDE ESC. It is a pleasure to work side by side with the people and company from my native country, who are driven by the vision of new innovations coming true and making steps forward in the industry.
