GForce Diff Digitizer

GForce have announced the release of their Diff Digitizer differential hardness checker. The device features a 5-digit display to monitor diff hardness and it its equipped with a 7mm outdrive, ideal for most 1/10th scale vehicles. The tool can be used to check the hardness of gear differentials but it is also helpful to break in or pre-heat diffs prior to hitting the track. Included in the set comes a Micro USB wire for easy charging using any USB charger or output.

BMT 016GT Evo rear end conversion kit

Italian brand BMT have introduced their new Evo rear end conversion kit for the 016GT 1/8th GT car. The set does away with the standard pivot ball upper arm in favour of a system similar to 1/8th on-road kits, using a separate turnbuckle. The new geometry will make for increased dynamic caster values and thus smoother cornering mid corner, improved steering and less front tyre wear. The assembly is also lighter which optimises the car’s weight balance. The set includes the updated rear hubs, upper links as well as bulkhead covers and adjustable carbon fibre upper link mounts.

Xpress Competition V2 M-class wheel sets

Xpress have announced the release of their new Competition V2 pre-glued wheel sets for M-class mini touring cars. Utilising an updated and reinforced rim the wheels offer greater stability during cornering as well as better impact resistance. The wheel sets are available in 24X, 30X, 36X and 40X rubber compounds with the tyres being mounted on zero offset 12mm hex wheels.

Tamiya adjustable aluminium servo horn

Tamiya have introduced their new adjustable aluminium servo horn. The set includes an adjustable servo arm whose length can be set from 15mm up to 23mm in 1mm increments with the whole assembly also offering a servo saver functions which comes in handy to protect all non-metal gear servos from excessive stress. The set includes the necessary mounting hardware as well as a standard plastic servo saver assembly.

RC Prostyle 750W server-style power supply

Coming from RC Prostyle is their new server-style 750W power supply. It features six output channels equipped with 4mm bullet-type tube connectors, two XT60 connector outputs as well as a 24W QC3.0/2.0 USB port. The device is usable with 110V to 240VAC input and it is capable of up to 60A of output current – enough to power a full fleet of chargers, tyre warmers and pit lamps. The power supply weighs in at 1.024kg, it measures 215x87x40mm and comes including a European-style power cord.

Nuclear ASM R02SP Type 5 .21 on-road engine

Japanese brand Nuclear have introduced their new ultra-high performance ASM R02SP Type 5 3.5cc nitro on-road engine. Building on the Type 4 the latest variant features modified internals such as conrod, sleeve, piston pin and cover plate to ensure a maximum of performance. In addition the piston received a special treatment to greatly reduce friction while keeping full compression, further upping overall performance. The engine comes with the C1 combustion camber insert for increased torque and it is available with the M1 or fixed venturi M2 carburettor.

Coming as 42mm long front and 49mm long rear variants, the Titanium-Nitride-coated shafts will offer less wear in heavy duty off-road applications while ensuring smooth shock action.
