The opening round of the French 1/10th Electric On-road nationals was held in Rumilly in the eastern part of the country. The first of five rounds attracted about 75 drivers to compete in four classes on the famous indoor asphalt track that offered high traction and a challenging layout. The weekend started off with free practice on Friday and resumed with more practice and the first qualifiers on Saturday. The recent third round of the French Electric On-road Nationals was held at the Ampuis track with 77 entries for the four classes of Touring Modified, Touring 10.5T, Touring 13.5T and Formula 21.5T. Saturday started out with hot and dry weather and in Touring 10.5T is was Pierre Delorme who set the pace with Alexandre Duchet hot on his heels. As predicted the weather turned to the worst on Sunday and so the remaining qualifiers were held in wet conditions. The third round of the French Electric On-road National Championship was held at the fast and flowing Ampuis track. In the Touring Modified class Thomas Vigneron dominated the free and controlled practice sessions on Friday and Saturday. But come the qualifiers the Team Magic driver ran into trouble with problems such as badly glued pre-mounted tyres and later a wrong tyre strategy, starting on old tyres while others used a fresh set. The recent fourth round of the French Electric On-road Nationals was held in Ingrandes in central France. Almost 70 drivers signed in to compete in the four classes of Touring Modified, Touring 10.5T, Touring 13.5T and Formula 21.5T. In the Touring 10.5T class it was Steve Favrelle who took the TQ after a rained out qualification in front of Pierre Delorme and Romain Delaunay. The fourth and final round of the French Electric On-road Indoor National Championship was held in Zillisheim over the weekend. In the Touring Stock 13.5T class Laurent Desperries took the TQ after the qualifiers and he would hold on to the win in the mains to grab the victory from runner-up Hai Long Tran. With the win Laurent also secured himself the championship title in the 13.5T class. The final podium spot at round four went to Renaud Brusselle from fourth placed Sylvain Lammaing. The recent third round of the French Indoor Winter Nationals, held in Thyez, saw Leo Arnold (Xray) taking the TQ in the Touring Modified class while Alexandre Kunkler (Xray) came out fastest in the Touring Stock class. In the Formula category Jérémy Limoges (Xray) placed himself on top of the timing sheets after the qualifiers. Round 2 of the French Carpet Nationals was held in the city of Loos near Lille. In the Touring Modified class Leo Arnold (Xray), Lucas Urbain (VBC) and Loic Jasmin (Yokomo) battled for the TQ spot with Loic taking the opening round while Lucas came out fastest in Q3 and Q4. Leo would take round TQs in round 2 and 5 to grab the overall TQ and the pole position for the A-mains.
