Silverstone buggy club hosted the annual BRCA F2’s Juniors and veterans race. With the top level F1 grade drivers unable to race it was a chance for the up and coming drivers to shine, although it was good to see several F1 drivers showing up at the race to help others. In the Under 13 class Jack Neal scored a double win in 2WD and 4WD with his Schumacher Cougar SV and CAT. In Under 16 Ashley Caunt took the 2WD title and Connor Cocker the 4WD. In 1/8 Electric Buggy, Dylan Rodriguez of Mugen Seiki/ Proline Racing/Tekin set the TQ going into the 10min main event. Lining up 2nd was Shane Lyon with his Mugen/Proline Racing ride and 3rd was Aaron Huerta of Mugen Seiki/Proline Racing/Handle IT Hobbies. The main event was a tight race between Dylan and Aaron. Aaron taking the lead at one point for a few laps but a mistake with a few minutes to go would put Dylan back to the lead to never look back, winning by a 4 second margin.
