Hudy have released this ultra-fine chassis ride height gauge for 1/10th nitro and electric touring cars. Ranging from 3.8mm to 8mm the steps are in super-precise increments of 0.2mm amongst the most popular measurement ranges, finer steps than normal ride height gauges that normally are in increments of 0.5mm, this allows very precise adjustment of the front and rear ride height. The tool has been made from CNC-machined, high-quality lightweight duraluminum and features an elox-coating for a smooth, long-lasting finish.

Geisendorf takes Rd5 of Swiss 1/8th Nats

The 5th round of the Swiss 1/8th scale Nationals were run last weekend at the fast, but tight, Schaffhausen track in the north of the country. The event saw the pole position go to Serpent 960 driver Markus Geisendorf in a rain interrupted qualifying, with 2nd spot going to Motonica racer and round 3 winner Mattia Pesenti. In the 45 minute final it was Geisendorf all the way as he was able to pull away and take the win from 2nd placed Mugen driver Marco Mueller with 3rd spot going to Simon Kurzbuch.

Mega ZX12 DSII+ EM 2.1cc motor

Serpent have announced another new engine with the release of their latest 2.1cc Mega engine, the ZX12 DSII+ EM, which also features internal work done by engine master Eduardo Picco, with the crankshaft having been lightened and filled with red silicone, while the centre bore has also been increased for better fuel flow. The liner and combustion chamber have been lengthened and there has some of the ports have been tear dropped to optimise fuel flow and improve performance.

Mega ZX21 DSII+ EM

Serpent have announced the release of their latest 3.5cc Mega engine, the ZX21 DSII+ EM, which features internal work done by engine master Eduardo Picco. The crankshaft has been lightened, and filled with red silicone, while the 7+2 port liner has been worked with tear dropping done on some of the ports to optimise fuel flow and improve performance. Each engine uses hand selected parts including the conrod and piston liner, and all have been had assembled by Eduardo himself.
