PSM RC8B3 20mm aluminium spring cups

Coming from PSM and made for the Team Associated RC8B3 are 20mm aluminium spring cups. Machined from high-quality 7075 aluminium and sporting a black semi-gloss coating for anti-wear characteristics and looks the spring retainers work with all 20mm diameter shock springs, making for a larger selection of usable spring makes and types. On top of this does a longer lower section improve the cup’s support on the lower ball ends while machined holes allow dust and moisture to exit the retainers for reduced dirt build-up.

Ofir Avitan wins at Israeli Buggy Championship opener

Ofir Avitan wins at Israeli Buggy Championship opener

The opening round of the 2016/17 Israeli National Championship “Memory of Omer London” was held at the Negev Speed Racing track. Fantastic weather made for perfect racing conditions with racers gathering from all over the country. When the four qualifying rounds were completed it was Yaniv Sivan who took the TQ and in the main final he would jump into the lead instantly, opening a gap on Ofir Avitan right away while Tal Siles and Meir Azulay battled for the third place. At about halftime Yaniv was in a pretty comfortable lead until he ran into tyre issues with the additional pitstop costing him dearly as he lost the lead to Ofir Avitan (TLR/Reds Racing) who would ultimately bring home the win in the 40-minute encounter from a recovered Yaniv Sivan (Kyosho/Reds Racing) while Meir Azulay (Kyosho/Bullitt) rounded out the podium in third after finding a way past Tal Siles.

Coelho opens EOS title defence with win

Bruno Coelho has opened the defence of his Euro Offroad Series 4WD title with a win, the Xray driver claiming the overall victory at the opening round of the championship at the Nurburgring in Germany.  The win marks the World Champions fourth consecutive EOS victory and his second at the iconic motor racing circuit, his title having been claimed here back in April at last season’s finale.  Like in A1 Coelho would win A2 after an almost identical mistake from Top Qualifier Lee Martin who once again rolled coming off the Team Associated Step-up Step-down, a feature the reigning 2WD champion took an immediate dislike when seeing it for the first time when he arrived at the track on Thursday night.  Managing to maintain his No.1 starting position throughout A3 that would secure last year’s race winner 2nd overall with Michal Orlowski completing the podium.
