AKA tyre balancer, tyre punch & mini pump bottle

AKA have a range of new pit accessories available such as a tyre balancer, tyre punch and mini pump bottle. Starting with the 2-in-1 handheld wheel balancer, the tool has been meticulously engineered to balance most 12mm hex and 17mm hex wheels, including 1:10 buggy, short course, 1:8 buggy and truggy. The sleek, lightweight design fits in any toolbox without taking up much room. Included with the balancer is one block of balancing clay.

Team Associated International T-shirts & hoodie

Team Associated introduce new T-shirts and a hoodie with the “International” three colour design. The shirts come made from black or white 100 percent cotton fabric and they sport a larger print on the front and a smaller print on the back while the sweatshirt, with a drawstring hoodie, comes in black and with the print on the front only. The T-shirts are available in S to 5XL sizes while the hoodie will come in S to 3XL sizes.

Cole Odgen continues with Reds Racing

Reds Racing have announced the contract renewal with Cole Odgen for 2015. Cole collected some incredible finishes with Reds in 2014, including 1st in Pro Buggy at the Fall Brawl, 1st in Pro Buggy and Truggy at the Southern Nationals, 1st in Pro Buggy and Truggy at the Southern Indoor Championship and more. His campaign then culminated in participating at his first World Championship landing him as a quarter finalist. Cole will be attending all the major events in 2015 including the NeoBuggy race in April and he has the following to say:

Signing with Reds for 2015 is another step into my future of success. I’m very happy to be with Reds for another year, and using these high quality engines for my power plants is an honor. Huge thanks to Marco Rossi, Mario Rossi, and Alex Pilson for their support and I look forward to seeing everyone at the races!

Tebo & Cavalieri join Mx brand

Maxima announce the signing of Jared Tebo and Ryan Cavalieri to run their Mx engines and nitro fuel through to the end of 2016. Mx is Maxima’s US brand, with the engines and fuel being the same as the popular Maxima branded products.

Mx and Maxima aims to improve greatly through the feedback of both Jared and Ryan and it was great that pre-season testing produced happy faces all-round. Serpent S120 LTR 1/12th kit – Coming soon

Serpent have announced the soon release of their S120 LTR 1/12th scale competition pan car kit. The latest incarnation of the S120 will feature a redesigned front end with improved adjustability, a new centre pivot system, an updated centre shock as well as improved overall flex dynamics. Exotek B5 alloy 3-gear motor plate & suspension parts

Exotek have three new aluminium option parts for the Team Associated B5 buggy available in the form of a 3-gear motor plate, an angled front hinge pin brace and a B5M rear hanger set. Starting with the motor plate, the part is specially designed for the use with the new 3-gear transmission and it comes machined from high-quality aluminium. The vented design with heavy machining not only reduces the weight but also allows for improved heat dissipation of the motor and slipper clutch. Weighing in at 13g the plate is around 6.5g lighter than the stock part and it is available in blue or black anodising.

Xray XB8E aluminium chassis stand

Coming from Xray for the use with the XB8E 1/8th electric buggy is a 6.8mm aluminium stand. The part is machined from aluminium, it sports a silver finish and it is made to connect the graphite steering post brace with the steering servo and radio plate for increased front chassis stiffness.
