Martin Wollanka wins at Austrian Buggy nationals Rd1

This past weekend the first round of the Austrian nitro off-road nationals took place. Martin Wollanka was able to TQ the meeting by scoring the only 8 lap qualifying runs. The Xray driver started to struggle in the 1/2 final when the track conditions changed from low to high grip so he ultimately started from 3rd position into the final but some quick wrenching during the break before the main allowed him to up his pace and to end a fight with Dominic Bauer successfully. At the end of the 45 minute final Martin won with a 20 second marking in front of Dominic Bauer and Rene Kargl.
