TLR 8IGHT-XT/XTE nitro & electric truggy kit

TLR have introduced their new 8IGHT-XT/XTE 1/8th scale truggy kit that includes both nitro and electric specific components in one box. The Next Generation Truggy builds on the championship-winning heritage of its predecessors with updates to the suspension geometry and drivetrain as well as the chassis layout that make it both easier to drive and tougher to beat. Plus, it includes Nitro and Electric in one box. The 8IGHT-XT/XTE has a combination of features second-to-none including large footprint engine mount, 3mm chassis, cab forward body, machined aluminuim shock caps, and so much more. The Next Gen suspension geometry has been completely revamped making a truck that is fast, nimble, and easy to drive. This includes a myriad of updates including wider front pivot with less scrub radius, narrower rear pivot, longer front and rear arms, and updated hub offset. All new suspension arms have been designed to accept stiffener plates that will allow racers to tune the flex of the suspension. The kit will include moulded plates with optional carbon fibre plates available separately.

2020/21 Xray Racing Series Slovakia – Announcement

Xray have announced the 2020/21 Xray Racing Series Slovakia will take place between October 2020 and March 2021. The series will be held in electric on-road and off-road classes including Touring Modified and Stock, FWD, Pan Car, Formula, 2WD and 4WD Buggy, Stadium Truck and Truggy and all six rounds will take place at the iconic Hudy Arena in Trencin, Slovakia. Yeah Racing SCX10 III & SCX24 stainless steel skid plates

Yeah Racing have announced the release of their new stainless steel diff protectors and skid plates for the Axial SCX10 III and SCX24 trail trucks. Starting with the SCX10 III related parts, new are front and rear differential protectors that better protect the rig from harsh landings and/or hitting rocks whilst crawling. The pre-bend plates are a direct fit to the front and rear axles and they come as pairs.

Baruffolo & Zalewski win at XRS Poland Race Camp

The 2020 XRS Poland Race Camp was hosted by Latina RC Racing recently with the workshop-oriented event featuring a nitro and electric buggy race to round out the week. All participants progressed a lot over the week and especially the rookies such as Sonia Skrzypek, Filip Pawłowski, and Asia Sych. Racing-wise and in the Nitro Buggy class it was Xray’s Marco Baruffolo who took the win at the week-concluding race with Schumacher’s Michal Orlowski coming in 2nd and Xray’s Bartek Zalewski rounding out the top 3 result. Over in the E-Buggy race it was Bartek Zalewski who lead and Xray 1-2-3 with Pawel Ntkowca coming in 2nd and Asia Sych ending the day on a popular 3rd place.

T-Works RC8B3.2 carbon fibre receiver box plate

T-Works have introduced their new carbon fibre receiver box plate with switch opening for the use with the Team Associated RC8B3.2 buggy. The plate is machined from high-quality carbon fibre and it is a direct fit, making for factory looks and improved RC box stability. A machined opening for a mechanic switch finishes off the plate.

Xtra Speed updated D110 hard plastic scale crawler body

Xtra Speed have introduced their updated D110 hard plastic scale crawler body shell for 313mm trail trucks. The new version features an engine hood that can be opened to reveal scale engine bays, and it comes with with LED buckets to upgrade to a lighting system. Highly detailed and realistic details include interior cab, grille, fender, clear window, wiper, rearview mirror and door handles.
