Craft RC, the South Korean custom RC design company, have announced that they have created a full range of skin designs for the Hitex CRX Propo transmitter. As per the previous versions these too are made from top quality material that are easy to apply and which stay good for a long time.
We have received the first Exclusive pictures and information on Speed Passion’s newest project, the Silver Arrow 1/8th Brushless system. Designed to convert any 1/8th scale on road chassis from gas to electric power, it has been made first for the Serpent 960. The conversion consists of the electrical parts, which consist of a motor, ESC and battery and the parts needed to mount the motor and adapt the 2-speed to a single speed.

Xray have announced the release of a number of new optional anti-roll bars for the NT1. First up is a soft 0.7mm thick male and female blade for the front of the car, which have been CNC-machined from world-renowned Hudy Spring Steel. Also new is a 0.7mm CNC-machined blade for the adjustable rear anti-roll bar, which is not interchangeable with the similar front blade.

Made from the DNA of the GT Brushless ESC series, the Emotion is one of the world’s smaller brushless speed controllers for 1/18 or 1/16 scale on and off road. The Emotion features a digital racing respond system with 9 level of adjustment, AMTS advance multi timing system and a USB update feature, and is sold with a 7800KV or 5200KV super light weight motor, also with fast respond technology.
Xray have a report on their site from team driver Paul Lemieux on the US Outdoor Electric Nationals that took place last weekend at RC Hobbies in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Qualifying in the Mod class saw Lemiuex, who TQ’d 3 of the 4 rounds, take the top spot from team mate Ralph Burch in 2nd, with Serpent racer Billy Easton lining up 3rd. In the mains, Paul was unchallenged and took the win in A1 and A2 to claim the overall title ahead of Associated driver Rick Hohwart in 2nd, with Ralph Burch rounding out the top 3.
KO Propo America was in touch to inform us about the immediate release of a number of new, long anticipated, items. First up are a new 2.4GHz transmitter module, the RF-901S is a conventional system which pairs up with the the KR-408S, a 2.4GHz micro 4-channel receiver which has also been newly released. Also new from KO Propo is the RF-901SM, a 2.4GHz transmitter module for use specifically with the new matching systems found in the latest Mini-Z vehicles from Kyosho.
