Hudy air filter sealant

Hudy have introduced their new air filter sealant, a chemical that was developed for the use between the sides of the foam filter and the plastic part of the filter to perfectly seal the contact area, ensuring no dust will pass through. The sealant is usable with all foam air filter elements, it is easy to apply and long lasting, ensuring maximum protection for the delicate engine internals. The sealant should always be used in combination with a high-quality foam air filter oil.

HB Racing European Race Days – Announcement

The 2020 HB Racing European Race Days will be held from the 3rd to 5th of April in Boisset-St-Priest, France. Sign-up for the event, that is reserved exclusively for HB Racing 1/8th scale nitro and electric buggies, is available now. Scorpion Champion Products introduce new greases

Coming from EFRA European Champion, Toni Gruber’s Scorpion Champion Products brand are new greases for drive shafts and thrust bearings. Starting with the swing shaft grease for CV-style drive shafts, the product will keeping shafts, couplers and axles in best possible condition, reducing wear and increasing the assemblies’ efficiency. The grease is usable in all weather conditions and it comes in handy cans for easy application.

Reds Racing 721 Scuderia Gen2 3.5cc engine

Reds Racing have announced the release of their new 721 Scuderia Gen2 .21 nitro off-road engine. The power plant utilises most of the features the 721 Scuderia Gen1 engine was known for with an improved carburettor construction and material increasing reliability. Furthermore, the new carb features a new double grub screw joint link for more reliable servo link fitment. Reds Racing also listened to customer requests and so the Scuderia Gen2 will become available in a red or black cooling head design, allowing to grab a version that best matches with the body shell colours.

Gibson & Culley win at Tekno RC Off-road Jam

Fastlane Raceway of Blue Springs, Missouri played host to the 2020 Tekno RC Off-Road Jam last weekend, attracting nearly 240 entries. In 4WD Modified Buggy it was Team Associated driver Nick Gibson with the overall TQ and win from Braxten Culley (Tekno RC) on the runner-up spot. Team Associated’s David Alberico came in 3rd to round out the top 3 result. Over in the 4WD Truggy class it was Braxten Culley with the overall TQ and also the win in the single 6-minute A-main event, leaving behind David Wiechens in 2nd and Shane McCall in 3rd.

Xray Aerodisk IFMAR-legal 2WD front wheel

Xray have introduced their new IFMAR-legal Aerodisk 2WD front buggy wheel. IFMAR-legal in size, the specially-designed 1/10 scale 2WD front wheel features a 12mm internal hex and it is made of a very flexible yet durable medium hardness material to withstand impacts. The side of the wheel is aerodynamically-shaped for maximum performance and inner reinforcement ribs make the wheel as robust as possible while eliminating unwanted deformation. The wheel is available in pairs or as 10-piece value packs.
