Team Corally SSX-8X 1/8th stock pan car kit

Available now from Team Corally is their new SSX-8X pan car kit for 1/8th electric stock classes. The vehicle underwent a lot of design changes in key areas and features a new front transmission shaft, better alignment and accuracy of the front axle during acceleration as well as several new parts for increased flex. The all-new chassis design allows for more battery layout configurations and the overall centre of gravity was substantially lowered. The kit is available now as roller without wheels, tyres, body or electronics.

Yeah Racing XM1S titanium turnbuckle set

Coming from Yeah Racing and made for the Xpress XM1S M-class on-road car is a titanium turnbuckle set. The links are made from quality 64 grade titanium and designed to replace the standard steel turnbuckle to offer a lower weight and add visual impact. The set includes seven turnbuckles for the camber, steering and servo links.

Understood to be a 190mm variant for electric tourers, the body seems to sport an aggressive front end design as it became en vogue recently. Schumacher Eclipse 2 LMP12 1/12th scale pan car

Coming from Schumacher is the new Eclipse 2 LMP12 kit for 1/12th scale pan car classes. After the successful reintroduction into LMP12 Racing with the Eclipse after a 35-year break, Schumacher offer the latest incarnation, the Eclipse 2. The car has been refined over two seasons of hard racing to provide drivers with a faster, more durable, easier to work on platform. The vehicle uses full carbon fibre chassis components, with high quality engineering polymer mouldings throughout, all refined for the upcoming carpet season.

Trinity X-Factor spec class brushless motor

Trinity have introduced their all-new X-Factor spec class brushless motor. Of a new design the motor weighs in at only 144g to 148g on average which was achieved by using only six short screws to mount the timing ring and locking end plate systems. X-Flow cooling openings further reduce the overall weight while adding a lot of airflow through the motor. Other features include a new composite sensor board, a 2-piece CNC-machined aluminium can, and 2mm ultra-low resistance solder tabs. A new stator design provides more efficient power and virtually no fade during a run. Available variants upon release will be a 10.5T, built with a TEP1119 12.5×25.5mm high torque rotor while the 25.5T motor uses a TEP1117 12.3×25.5mm rotor. In-between variants for other stock classes will become available at a later date.

Urbain wins French EP TC finale as Duchet takes title

The final round of the French Electric On-road Championship was held at the Angoulême track last weekend. In the Touring Modified class it was Lucas Urbain who took the day’s win while Alexander Duchet had to settle for 2nd overall with P2 and P1 scores in the A-mains. The runner-up spot however was enough to win Duchet the overall Touring Modified championship title. Behind the two, Hugo Ragaut would end the day on the 3 spot, rounding out the podium.

Xray Racing Series Slovakia – Announcement

Xray have announced the 2018/19 Xray Series Slovakia that will start with round 1 held at the Hudy Racing Arena in Trenchin on the 13th of October. The following five rounds will also be held at the iconic place with the finale being scheduled for the 16th of March 2019. Classes run include Touring Modified, Touring 13.5T Stock, Formula, 1/10th Pan Car, 1/12th Pan car and 1/12th GT as well as 1/10th 2WD Buggy, 4WD Buggy and Truck.
