Having just claimed the 2018 Euro Nitro Series title with Jilles Groskamp, Infinity has released a new front upper suspension shaft for its IF15 200mm nitro touring car. With firm fixing both ends of the shaft, an E-ring one end and a stopper on the opposite end, the new shaft is designed to give added security against vibrations during long finals. Also added to the Infinity parts line-up are vivid red anodised aluminium washer sets (3mm inner diameter), which, if used in combination with the black versions can help easily distinguish a driver’s set-up. RC Mission T4 rear hub upper blocks

Coming from RC Mission and made for the Xray T4 series of electric touring cars are the rear hub upper blocks, clever alloy caps that prevent the ball studs from breaking the hub in the event of a crash. The caps are machined from aluminium and they fit on top of the rear hubs, reinforcing the whole assembly and ensuring less stress on the single ball stud mounting position as the spare hole is filled with a grub screw. The caps can be flipped to use either the inner or outer ball stud mounting position and they are available as 2mm or 4mm variant, the latter resembling a setup with additional ball stud spacers.

David Chichizola wins at Wednesday Night Race

Speedworld Raceway in Roseville, California held their first official Wednesday Night Race recently. In 17.5T Touring it was David Chichizola with the overall TQ from Alex Fera 2nd and track owner, Thello Jordan in 3rd. Off the line, Thello got a much better start than David and Alex and by the first corner was leading, with Alex in 2nd, and David in 3rd. About lap eight or so, Alex touched a curb in the darkest section of that track that he couldn’t see and rolled the car. It took a few seconds to get marshalled, but that was all it took for David to get by and begin chasing down Thello. Fortunately for Alex, the two of them got tangled up together and as a result, Thello’s car did not finish the race. Hearing this, Alex started pushing as hard as he could to try and close the gap up to David out front, but never quite got there. Ultimately Davis finished 1st, Alex finished 2nd about three seconds back, and Thello was 3rd.
