2012 Vintage Offroad Nationals – Announcement

…a charity/exhibition class. Back in March the CT area lost a long time racer and dear friend named Steve Semeraro. If you’ve raced anywhere in or near New England for the last 15 years you knew Steve, he was an avid racer and someone that always helped anyone that needed. For the 2012 Vintage Offroad Nationals, a car has been prepared with a Fat Shark RC Vision System. Participants will take a total of 3 laps using the video goggles to navigate the course; the winner will be the person that runs the fastest overall time with the tie breaker…

Brunei PEMKAR series Rd1 report

…the Stock GT class, Lobo TQ’ed in front of Syam and Hj Leong. However in the finals Syam managed to outpace Lobo and won straight in final leg 1 and 2. 2nd place went to pole sitter Lobo and 3rd place went to Eddy. In the Mini class, Hj Abu managed to TQ this class easily. But come the finals Hj Abu ran into trouble with his car giving Hj Zoff the chance to win leg 1 and 2. 2nd place went to Hj Abu with Haris DM in third place. Brunei annual national EP race report

…and straight away went to grab the TQ spot followed by Shamsul and Abd Rahman. All of them were driving Xray cars. In the modified open class finals TQ Wirawan won the first and third A main, giving him the overall win followed by Hazmi and Hj Abu. The touring car novice class was won by HJ Leong, followed by Shamsul and Bahrien. The M-type class was won by Sham, in front of Wen and Harris DM. The victory in the drift class went to Samboi, followed by Najib and Aries. Many thanks to “Shark 42” for sending the report….

Renaud Savoya leaves Mugen Seiki

…who always did all the possible for me. However, I’m really motivated with new challenges and looking forward to the future…More to come… Actually, for personal reasons, “Moustache” and I decided not to follow our “driver-mechanic” relationship. Starting in 1993, my dad has always been on my side to support me and pit for me. I can’t be more thankful for everything he did for me. However, today, our geographical situation and our different goals forced us to stop working together. So I will continue racing on the highest scene on my side… The shark is ready to bite again……
