New from Penguin Custom Bodyshells is the Emperor 1/10th buggy rear wing. Coming moulded from high-quality 1mm Lexan polycarbonate the rear of the wing is sectioned, to allow it to be cut differently, for different conditions and aero effects. The wing is usable for most 1/10th scale 2WD and 4WD buggies and it is available now.
T-Works have introduced their new carbon fibre shock towers for the Tekno RC NB48 2.0 buggy. Machined from high-quality 4mm carbon fibre the shock stays utilise the standard kit geometry but compared to the standard aluminium shock towers they are lighter and offer different flex characteristics which can improve handling on slippery surfaces. The shock stays are available separately or as a complete set including the front and rear tower.

Yuki Model from Germany have announced the soon release of their new Q8 Plus Smart 200W AC/DC charger. The compact device measures 116x117x42mm and it weighs in at a lightweight 370g. It features a built-in power supply and its powerful power circuit allows for up to 14A of charge current for 1S to 6S LiXX battery packs. The colour LC display makes monitoring the battery’s vitals signs easy and a simple scroll wheel ensures swift and convenient programming. The charger will become available by end of April.

Ruddog have introduced their new 4000mAh 7.4V 50C LiIon stick battery pack that was developed for the use with ready-to-run cars or starter boxes. Measuring 139×46.5x25mm and weighing in at 225g the battery offers a low weight and high capacity, making it ideal to power cars, buggies and trucks as well as nitro starter boxes where the oval shape hardcase makes for easy adding to existing NiMH “Racing Pack” battery compartments. Using the Lithium-Ion cell technology for durability, the battery uses the same charging CC/CV charging settings as a 7.4V LiPo battery and it comes pre-wired with an industry-standard XH balance port and a T-type power connector.

Made using high-quality steel material the 3mm screws feature a specially-shaped button head for cool looks and exceptional durability while the gold-colour coating adds visual impact and improves corrosion resistance when running in wet weather conditions. Coming from Yeah Racing and made for their Desert Lizzard shock absorbers are two sets of shock springs. Available as 90mm and 100mm sets, the kits include short, medium and long springs of three different hardnesses, allowing for a wide range of suspension hardness adjustments with Yeah Racing’s own Desert Lizzard trail truck shock absorbers. The springs are of a black colour and made of high-quality spring steel.
Tamiya have introduced an adjustable stainless steel steering rod set for the CC-02 trail truck. Made to replace the kit’s B5 plastic parts and the standard 3x50mm shaft, the stainless steel items will greatly improve overall strength while allowing for super easy steering geometry adjustment. Included in the set are the steering and servo links, a set of super smooth suspension balls, suitable ball cups for the steering knuckles and lower servo mount link as well as a multi-function wrench for link length adjustment.
Coming from RC-Project are new optional parts for the Kyosho Inferno MP10 buggy. The range includes new geometry front and new geometry +5mm rear upper shock mounts, lower shock pins as well as a reverse suspension ball kit, the latter containing steering and upper camber link mount balls that are also available as separate sets. All parts are machined from high-quality 7075-T6 Ergal and they feature a black, hard-anodised surface finish for wear and looks. An additional Teflon coating ensures super smooth suspension action.
