Trinity LCG Modified 4000MAh LiHV hardcase battery

Trinity have introduced their new ReVtech 4000mAh 55C LiHV battery pack for Modified buggy applications. The pack is housed in a 1S 1/12th standard 95x47x18.5mm LCG shorty hardcase but offers 7.6V of voltage and a capacity of 4000mAh. The pack is built from new Graphene technology cells that use higher grade and safer materials which results in longer battery life while a new assembly technology limits cell puffing. The pack utilises 5mm bullet-type connectors, it weighs in at a lightweight 156g and it is awaiting ROAR approval.

VCD introduce new 1/12th alloy chassis

Vantomme Carbon Designs have introduced their new aluminium chassis for the CRC XTi WC and SpeedMerchand Rev8 and Rev8.5 1/12th scale pan cars. The chassis is available in a standard and floating link variant with the two being usable for the CRC car while the floating link main plate can also be used on the SpeedMerchant Rev8 and 8.5. The chassis are a couple of millimetres shorter than the original part and wider in the front compared to the stock CRC main plate, while offering three servo and three transverse battery positions. VCD also offers specifically designed rear lower pod plates both cars that are usable with either version of the chassis.

Team C 1.0mm & 1.5mm carbon fibre servo washer set

Team C Racing have introduced a carbon fibre servo washer set that helps to space servos away from their mount. The set includes two 1.0mm and 1.5mm washers that are inserted between the servo’s lashes and the mount in order to move the servo up and down or forth and aft, depending on what is needed to achieve either more clearance of a better steering link geometry. The washers fit most standard and low-profile servos and their respective mounts.

T-Works MP9 aluminium servo saver shafts

Coming from T-Works and made for Kyosho MP9 based kits such as the TKI4, TKI3, MP9E and GT3 is a set of aluminium servo saver shafts. The steering posts are machined from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminium and come hard-anodised for wear. Using the items over the standard steel posts will reduce overall weight and creates a slightly different weight distribution.

Vigor BD8 1-piece aluminium front suspension mount

Vigor have introduced a new 1-piece front suspension aluminium mount for the Yokomo BD8 touring car. The FR item is machined from high-quality 7075 aluminium and it it features four screw mounting positions that allow to use all four or only the inner or outer holes in order to fine-tune the chassis’ flex characteristics.

Mugen release new MTC1 option parts

Mugen have introduced a range of new option parts for the MTC1 electric touring car. First up are new HD gear diff internals that are moulded using a different material that is more durable, resulting in longer intervals between rebuilds and cleaner staying diff fluid, making the whole assembly also more consistent. Also new is a 2-piece set of steering collars that were designed to connect the A2301 steering shaft and A2307 servo plate with the result of an improved steering response in high grip conditions while also improving overall increased stability. Using this setup in lower traction conditions may however decrease the overall steering emphasis. Also new are S5 soft differential and P3 soft shock absorber O-rings that are made to improve the smoothness and response behaviour of the respective components by reducing the friction between the O-rings and the metal components. The O-rings are available separately in 10-piece packs.

Arrowmax black-golden Centax clutch spring preload tool

Arrowmax have a new addition to their range of black-golden tools available in the form of a Centax clutch spring adjustment tool. It allows to easily attach and detach the clutch spring preload collar and it also comes in handy when adjusting the bite point of the clutch. Protoform Corvette ZR1 190mm body shell

Protoform have introduced their all-new Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 body shell for 190mm touring car chassis. Considered the baddest “Vette” of them all, boasting 755 horsepower and a top speed of 212 mph, the ZR1 is an American supercar without peer. Perfectly suited for USGT Class racing, the officially-licensed Corvette body features all the exceptional details of its full-scale counterpart including aggressive front splitter, uniquely-shaped high rear wing, and oversized front grilles. The extensive decal sheet allows to deck out the body with Corvette-branded windshield headers, “Jake” skull hood logo and USA flags. New lighter-weight material lowers the centre of gravity of your USGT car, improving responsiveness. The body includes an add-on rear wing with the USGT-sanctioned 10mm trim height, nylon wing struts, and mounting hardware.
