JConcepts Finnisher Kraton BLX body shell

Made for Arrma’s Kraton BLX truck is an exclusive Finnisher design body from JConcepts. The new lid for the Kraton BLX polishes off an already beastly truck. The Finnisher is a proven winner on the race track, but its appeal on and off the racing line makes it perfect for the ultimate speed-run and basher vehicle. The body incorporates pre-dimpled locations for one of the quickest bashers on the circuit. The slight cab forward, raked windshield and aggressive stance highlight a performance oriented core. A wide front hood scoop allows plenty of clearance for the unique Kraton shock geometry. The body incorporates a large centre fin which begins on the roof line and finishes just past the half-way point on the bed. Extended front chin spoiler, headlight and grill protect the front-end from unwanted up-drafts during flight while the supplied decals stand-out like an 18 wheeler. The Finnisher has a built-in air escape passage on the roof which allows the customer to fine-tune the body for maximum outdoor performance. The new body includes champion rear name plates which provide additional high-speed stability and improved positioning of the rear bed rails to strengthen the assembly. Overall handling has been improved by balancing the bias between the cab location and rear wing placement which control the majority of the aero affects of the aggressively styled body. Pro-Line introduce new Monster Truck bodies

Coming from Pro-Line are two new monster truck body shells. First up is the Brute clear body for the popular Arrma Kraton truck. The Brute is Pro-Line’s take on a modern truck and features a bold grill with eye-pleasing body lines sure to turn heads at your local bash spot. This body has been specifically designed to fit the unique shape of the Kraton including the inner cage and allows to add a custom paint job to the truck. Window masks, detailed decal sheet and paint then peel over-spray film are all included.

Arrma Typhon 4×4 3S BLX 1/8th off-road buggy

Arrma have introduced their new Typhon 4×4 3S BLX 1/8th scale off-road ready-to-run buggy. The vehicle builds on a composite tub chassis for easy maintenance and protection with an easy access power module assembly allowing to extract the brushless motor with the removal of just one screw. The centre shaft assembly is telescopic to assist with easy disassembly and is sprung-loaded to ensure it stays in position during use. The easy-access electronics module assembly can be taken out with the removal of only five screws. The module offers quick and easy access to the servo, electronic speed controller and receiver. The two-piece moulding comprises a lower box and upper lid that are sealed with high-quality rubber seals. The ESC and steering servo are attached to this moulding, whilst the receiver sits inside the waterproof box. Both the front and rear diff modules are also easy to access, ensuring that you spend more time bashing and less time in the workshop. Other features include large volume shock absorbers, durable composite suspension arms and hubs as well as waterproof electronics – including a 3200kV brushless motor and 100A-rated speed controller – a pre-decorated body shell and grippy dBoots tyres.

MIP Kraton/Outcast Race Duty drive kit

MIP have introduced their new Race Duty drive kit for the Arrma Kraton and Outcast trucks. Made from the highest quality hardened alloy steel, the kit can easily upgrade the car’s front or rear drive. It offers increased overall strength due to large 6mm tapered bone compared to 5mm of OEM and the tolerances are all improved from the coupler hole, to the entire assembly. In addition rotation of the cup of the axle to the bone is much smoother and not notchy like the OEM fitment for an overall smoother driveline action.

Arrma Big Rock Crew Cab 4×4 3S BLX monster truck

Arrma have introduced their latest high-performance monster truck in the form of the Big Rock Crew Cab 4×4 3S BLX. The 1/10th scale vehicle builds on a composite tub chassis with permanent all-wheel drive, sturdy differentials and long-travel suspension components. The factory-installed 3S LiPo-compatible brushless system is capable of speeds of up to 80km/h with all parts being water proof for go everywhere capabilities. The truck is rounded out by dBoots all-terrain tyres, a pre-decorated body shell and a quality 2.4GHz radio system.

Arrma Notorious 6S 1/8th scale electric monster truck

Arrma have introduced their new Notorious 6S BLX 1/8th scale electric ready-to-run monster truck. The rig utilises a 3mm thick anodised aluminium chassis, three full-metal geared differentials, beefy suspension components and steel driveshafts for performance and durability while composite side guards keeping away the elements for go-everywhere ability. Long travel suspension arms and big-bore aluminium shock absorbers soak up any terrain imperfections and the 6S LiPo-compatible 4-pole BLX 2050kV brushless motor ensures for reliable power supply. The ready-to-run specifications also include a 150A rated VLX185 sped controller, a 15kg-cm steering servo and a 2.4GHz radio system. The package is rounded out by a pre-painted body shell, in either black or blue colour, and grippy dBoots Back-Flip tyres.

Arrma Senton & Granite 4×4 3S BLX RTR trucks

Horizon Hobby have introduced the Arrma Senton 4×4 3S BLX short course and Granite 4×4 3S BLX monster ready-to-run trucks. Both base off of an updated 4×4 composite tub chassis that also received reinforced transmissions to handle up to 3S LiPo power with their 3200kV brushless motors and 100A-rated speed controllers. Oil-filled large volume plastic body shock absorbers ensure the wheels stay on the ground even in demanding bashing conditions and grippy dBoots tyres put the power to the ground efficiently. The trucks are rounded out by pre-painted body shells and also included are Tactic TTX300 2.4GHz radio systems meaning needed for completion is just a 2S or 3S LiPo battery pack and a suitable charger.

Xtreme Racing Mugen & Arrma CF shock towers

Xtreme Racing have introduced new carbon fibre shock towers for a range of vehicles including the Mugen MBX8, MGT7 and Arrma Talion V3. The MBX8 front and rear tower are machined from 5mm carbon fibre while the MGT7 on-road shock stays are cut from thinner 4mm carbon fibre. The Talion V3 items are again cut from thicker 5mm material to up durability for bashing conditions. All items are designed to match the respective standard kit geometry, they are made in the USA and are available separately.
