JConcepts Hazard & Glide 5 SCX24 1” wheels

As the popularity of 1/24th vehicles rise, JConcepts’ Hazard seemed to be a popular choice to join the 1.0” wheel diameter world. No detail has been untouched, the new wheel includes the 10-spoke Hazard pattern, outer ribbed pattern, mock lug-nut treatment near the centre of the wheel finished off with matte finish. The beads of the wheel have also been textured for better adhesion for the gluing process noticeable in completed pre-mount and user generated tire mounting. Also new, the Glide 5 wheel is simple but has a retro vibe that makes it a popular match for many different body shapes and styles regardless of age. The 5’s incorporate a heavy 3D 5-spoke design which carries a pocketed look into and through the wheel. A multitude of angle changes on the face of the wheel gives it rigidity and a scale appearance. The matte face of the wheel looks brilliant and the stealth black colour matches to just about any paint imaginable. The inside of both wheels has beefy inner ribbing to support the outer hoop of the wheel right to the wheel hex area. The hex area is a direct bolt-on to the Axial SCX24 vehicle with a strong connection for crawling fun. Each package contains 4 wheels for an easy to change-over to new wheels.

JConcepts Fuzz Bite LP 4wd front pre-mounted

JConcepts now offer their Fuzz Bite LP 4wd front tires pre mounted in pink compound on either white or yellow Mono wheels. The Fuzz Bite lands on a low-profile carcass carried over from tires such as the Twin Pin. The low stance provides quick transition at high-speed and minimises side-wall deflection and roll. The pin is specially built in a reverse “water tower” shape planting the larger base at the bottom and narrowing at the top for precision. The pins are placed in a radius and repeated about for a healthy nest of pins to dig deep into matting in office carpet or tight knit CRC carpeting.

JConcepts Sprinter 2.2” buggy tires in Aqua compound

JConcepts have announced that their new Sprinter 2.2” buggy tires are now available in their A2 Aqua compound. Designed to bridge a gap between the popular Double Dees and other pin tire options from JConcepts, the tread features square, angled pins that are stacked vertically to flex and fold evenly across the tire. Typically, a stacked tread will wear less and provide more forward bite while the aligned space helps rotation in the turns and gives a snappy release to square up quickly. Starting with the new tread, the team focused on durability and performance to bring a rear tire option to market that competes on loose surfaces which are wet or dusty. With the popularity of dirt-oval racing, vehicles being designed with either mid-motor or laydown transmission options, a new generation pin style, carcass and outer tread design was needed.

JConcepts 9 shot SCT 12mm hex wheels

JConcepts ups the ante in in the wheel department and provides a new style for 1/10th SCT off-road and dirt oval racers. The 9 shot is 1:1 inspired to provide the ultimate performance to off-road racing vehicles around the world. The 9 spoke design, 2.2” x 3.0” mounting diameter, 12mm hex base design fits a huge assortment of vehicles competing in the market such as the Team Associated SC6 genre. The 9 shot features a deep 3D depth spoke with mock 5 lug bolt pattern to bring SCT trucks, SCT Late Model, A-Mod and B-Mod vehicles to another level of scale inspiration on the racing scene. The JConcepts replacement wheels are available 2 pieces per package and available in white, black, and yellow colour styles. The 9 shot wheels are the maximum size allowed under ROAR rules and make a statement with their large, open spoke appearance, slight concave dish shaped design and superior inner rib design. The wheels incorporate an outer glue catch that resists excess glue from running down the wheel face during the gluing process. JConcepts wheels are manufactured using advanced techniques to ensure trueness and durability.

JConcepts has designed a user friendly and light-weight titanium axle specifically for the Team Associated B6.3. The blooming flower design offers individual pads to support the wheel. This allows the part to reduce even more rotating weight on the axle and with the titanium material supporting the load, offers great durability. The titanium material axle anodised in black has second operation machining and JC laser etched logos for the best look possible. JConcepts B6.3 servo mount brace

JConcepts introduces this servo mount brace for the B6.3 line of vehicles. Constructed of light-weight aluminium, it has been a staple to racer’s vehicles going back to previous generation vehicles. The simple and sleek design with performance and tracking advantages have spoken volumes throughout the years on the racetrack. The mount fits snug inside the chassis servo mounting area increasing the support while the 2 screw mounting locations are beefy in design and zeroed in for a direct mount to the chassis. The brace has locations on each side for included 3x6mm set screws to help align and maintain servo position during racing conditions, crashes, and hard hits. The set screws are intended to touch-off against the servo case and provide additional support retaining the servo in the intended position which helps maintain consistent steering trim. The servo mount brace can be installed without any modifications or additional equipment in B6.3 vehicles. With a sleek wrap-around design, luster of aluminium, and etched JConcepts.net logo, the brace adds consistency, performance tune-ability with aesthetic appeal. Available in black or blue.

JConcepts Forward Pursuit hats

JConcepts intends to start the new season with a fresh outlook while continuing a ‘Forward Pursuit’ in the RC industry. The team will be donning a fresh leather patch hat in 2022 thanks to a fresh new graphic design from the central Florida based company. Hats are everyone’s best friend, especially with a total of 4 different variations available. When it comes to the leather patched logo, the lightning bolts release from the centre of the design, stirring up quite a bit of emotion. The hard circle boundary allows plenty of flow for branding, factory push, and calendar racing year. Of course, World Champion wording signifies the ultimate success. The 4 hat styles include a black or grey flat-bill panel and black or grey/white round-bill mesh.
