Robitronic Avid V2 EP Touring car

Robitronic have officially released details on the latest version of the Avid, which has been carefully refined leading to a more maintenance-friendly and better handling chassis. In the highly competitive sedan racing class, it’s often up to the small details to decide on victory or defeat and the new Avid v2 leaves nothing to be desired. The car’s completely symmetric chassis layout facilitates careful and precise setup work, while its adjustable flex for both the front and rear end makes it perfectly suitable for any track conditions. Alienpower Raptor 18TC 2010 Spec

New from Alienpower, is an updated version of their Raptor 18TC Pro micro touring car. The all new Raptor 18TC 2010 Spec comes with all alloy optional tuning parts as standard out of the box, including a blue anodised motor mount and alloy suspension blocks front and rear. The rest of the 4wd belt driven car remains the same which includes a CNC-machined 1.8mm carbon fibre 6 cell type chassis and a 2mm carbon fibre adjustable racing upper deck.

Associated RC18T2/B2 – 2 Choices, 1 Kit

Team Associated have announced some great news for those who are having difficulty deciding on whether to build a RC18T2 truck kit or RC18B2 buggy kit. The RC18T2/B2 kit will include all the parts required to assemble either vehicle. If you change your mind later, simply use the extra parts to create the other vehicle.

X-Factory to release complete X-6 Squared kit

X-Factory have announced that they will soon release their first complete kit, a giant step forward for the company that will remove the need for a donor car to assemble a X-6 Squared chassis. X-Factory’s distributors and many dealers have already placed orders and the kit should be on its way to fine model shops all over the world early in March. Kit price will be lower than a new B4FT kit + X-6 Squared Conversion, and the Kit contains many hop-up items most drivers would normally buy extra. X-Factory will continue to make and sell the X-6 Squared Conversion Kit for those who prefer to convert a B4.

Team Associated 1/8th Brushless combos

Team Associated have released their range of 1/8th scale off road brushless converted chassis’ in a combo with high tech brushless systems from LRP. The RC8Te Truggy kit, RC8e Buggy kit and SC8e short course truck can now be bought with the SPX8 speedo and Vector 8 motor, which are the perfect fit for the different cars. The SPX8 features special 1/8th power profiles with a capacitor optimized for this larger scale, while the Vector 8 motor is available in both the 2500kv and 2800kv versions.

HPI Blitz ESE Short course truck

Last week we saw the new Blitz ESE from HPI Racing for the first time and today they have release full information on this no compromise short course truck. Outfitted with a ton of premium upgrades, high grade materials and tuned performance parts, it comes as a kit allowing you to customize your truck and top it off with your choice of electronics, high performance wheels, tires and batteries. The high performance parts are color coded white, cool gray, and warm grey. Not only does this enhance the style of the truck, it lets you know at a glance which part is the high response performance part. Featuring a stiffer composite main chassis that quickens the overall response of the truck as well as firm front arms for a more precise steering feel, while the rear arms help free up the truck in corners. Other new parts include firm shock towers, firmer skid plates and firmer bumpers.
