T-Works NB48 2.0 titanium shock standoffs

T-Works have announced the release of a titanium shock standoff set for the Tekno RC NB48 2.0 buggy. Machined from high-quality 64-grade titanium the shock mounts offer a lower weight than the standard steel standoffs while being less prone to corrosion at the same time. Due to the lower weight of the standoffs, the buggy‘s centre of gravity will be lowered which can be beneficial especially in high-grip track conditions. The set includes four standoffs and it is available now.

Exotek 30mm aluminium fan shroud

Exotek have announced the release of their new 30mm aluminium touring car fan shroud. It was developed to blast the motor fan’s air directly onto and through the motor vents for a maximum cooling effect. Importantly, the shroud positions the fan about 12mm away from the motor can to help prevent the motor magnets from impeding the fan motor and the shroud’s lightweight alloy construction insures factory looks and extra durability. The shroud comes supplied with M2.5×16 screws to attach the fan to the shroud while the whole assembly is mounted using a small square of optional R/C sticky tape, right up against the motor.
