JConcepts Dirt Webs tires

JConcepts Dirt Webs tires

Developed by Brian Kinwald and JConcepts designer Jason Ruon, Dirt Webs debuted during the 2013 IFMAR World Championships in Chico, CA, where Ryan Maifield used the front tire to set the fastest lap times on his way to 3rd overall in the 2wd class. Originally based on the popular Pressure Points tire and combining uniformly positioned Web-Bars to create an amazingly stable tire. The Dirt Webs relies heavily on the Web-treatment for massive forward acceleration while inside the supported bar portion rests horizontal and vertical alternating bars which help balance side-bite and backs up the Web-Bars to help minimize wear. Down in the corners, small Pressure Point sized pins break-in quickly providing surface area for specialty indoor racing and also lend a helping hand to stabilize the tire in extreme high-grip conditions.

TLR 22 2.0 Universal Joint driveshafts

TLR 22 2.0 Universal Joint driveshafts

New from TLR, designed for the 22 2.0, these Universal Joint (UJ) driveshafts create less “Bone Bind” or “Driveshaft Lock-Up” allowing for freer rear suspension movement, especially on power. This allows the car to squat more on acceleration, creates more side bite and is more consistent when throttle inputs vary. This is a great setup tuning option for high-grip surfaces or very bumpy surfaces, especially outdoor Astro Turf, carpet and some higher bite dirt or clay surfaces.  The Horizon Hobby UK is exceptionally excited for this product release as they have found great improvements in performance with the UJ’s on most of their circuits.

For 2014 I am signed with Maxima Fuel again. I am very happy to be back with the Maxima family. We left on good terms at the end of 2012 and now things are sorted out a little better, and we are able to work together again. The fuel runs really good and I can’t wait to get back out and race some 1/8! I would like to thank JarB and the whole Maxima family for this opportunity. See you all at The Dirt!!
