JConcepts RC10 Finnisher wing buttons

Available soon from JConcepts are these Finnisher wing buttons for the RC10 buggy. Wing mounts, typically a plastic unit, can strip easily while trying to tighten the assembly. With the Finnisher aluminium wing buttons and threaded 4-40 holes, bearing down on the set-screw is easier and helps maintain a more standardised position during racing. The buttons, built in a familiar pattern for JConcepts, include a pass-through hole with chamfered edges on the hole exit for a smoother build with the wing wire. Available in blue and black colour options the buttons also fit other (vintage) buggies with wire-type wing mount.

RB Blast V18 limited edition engine

RB introduce the Blast V18 limited edition .21 off-road engine. It features a lightweight yet strong crankcase with high-speed bearing, 14.5mm turbo lightened crankshaft, lightweight machined piston, 5-port liner and turbo combustion chamber insert. The composite slide carburettor is equipped with a 7mm venturi insert and the large cooling head sports engraved logos for that distinctive look.

Team Associated B5 – Teaser

Team Associated’s follow-up model of the long-running B4 buggy is rumoured for some time now and by the looks of things the official presentation is around the corner. Over the weekend AE put a teaser online showing what appears to be a 2WD buggy front end. The image hides more than it shows but with the Holidays around the corner maybe Team Associated targets a full presentation over Christmas. We will bring you more information as soon as we get it.

The 2-piece set is made to replace the stock plastic mounts with a stiffer and more durable solution in order to improve durability and steering precision. The mounting brackets come blue anodised and are ideal for standard and high-torque steering servos.

Pro-Line Denali & FaultLine 1.9" headlock wheels

Pro-Line have two new 1.9″ crawler wheels available in the form of the Denali and the FaultLine design. They are made to fit most of today’s 1/10 scale crawlers with the Denail being of an 8-spoke design and the FaultLine being a 10-spoke offering. Both wheels have two metal rings to hold the tyre down with the outside bead-loc ring is a decorative scalloped item and the inside ring is smooth for maximum clearance. Both rims can be used front and rear with virtually all 1.9″ crawler tyres.

JConcepts RC10 Classic aluminium rear motor plate

The latest JConcepts option part of the Team Associated RC10 Classic is this aluminium rear motor plate. Resembling the original plate combined with modern day design cues such as the milled-out honeycomb sections the motor mount is light of weight but very rigid at the same time, making for a sturdy platform for brushed and brushless motors. The original “raised” heatsink shield is slightly modified for improved looks and to lower the weight while still being strong. The motor mounting slots are built in a radius to smoothly rotate the motor to the desired position while the silver chamfered edges give the hole part a “2013” apperance. The plate comes in blue and black colour and fitsthe RC10 Classic as well as all original RC10 and RC10T.

Xray XB4 brass rear lower suspension holder +2

Made for the XB4 and XB4 2WD buggy is this brass rear lower suspension holder set from Xray. The mounts are CNC-machined from high quality brass and are designed for the use with the kit’s composite inserts to alter the geometry settings in no time. Being of a +2 design the mounts can be used with or without the rear lower composite chassis plate in order to adjust the roll centre settings to virtually all track conditions from low to high bite. Adding weight to the rear end of the chassis for added traction and stability the mounts are usable for both the XB4 4WD and 2WD buggy.

Pro-Line Flo-Tek Ford F-150 pre-cut bodyshell

The Flo-Tek Ford F-150 Raptor SVT is the third in Pro-Line’s line of pre-cut competition short course bodyshells. All of the wheel wells have been factory cut out, including the difficult front and rear air vents. The body fits the Pro-2 SC, Slash and Slash 4×4, SC10, Ultima SC and Blitz and comes clear, including side dams, number plates, window masks and decal sheet.
