BRCA 1/8 Circuit Nationals Rd5 – Report

…get right. Alex (Serpent) was on it and managed a 21 laps in 305, followed by David Spashett (ARC) 21 in 312 and James Conolly (Mugen) 20 in 301. The A-final of Nitro saw a very clean start. BRCA 1/8 Circuit Championship Rd3 & Rd4 – Report

…ARC chassis taking overall honours from Jamie Paton, both had equal points but Craig won after taking TQ. Jamie who also was running for the first time this year with his new Capricorn car, Rob Scott running Capricorn continued to be at the front taking 3rd overall. Green & Scott take wins at BRCA Circuit Nats Rd2

The Halifax circuit played host to round two of the BRCA Circuit Championship. In the nitro class Andy Hastings set the pace in qualifying with his Shepherd from David Spashett (ARC) and Michael Walton (Xray). The 30-minute final saw a battle with Andy and Michael for much of the race, Mark Green having qualified only 8th worked his way through the field and with ten minutes remaining took over the lead from Michael who had to retire after some contact. BRCA 1/10th IC Circuit Nationals Rd1 – Report

The opening round of the British 1/10th IC Circuit nationals took place this past weekend at the Adur circuit in the south of England. Dry but windy qualifying conditions would see the usual contenders battling for overall TQ. In 200mm it would be Joe Kerry with his Capricorn taking top spot some 4 seconds in front of Serpent’s John Zottl, with James Connolly rounding out the top 3 driving a Mugen. Tim Wood wins BRCA 1/8th IC Track Nats opener

The opening round of the 2019 BRCA 1/8th IC Track season started at the Brooklands circuit in Kent on the south coast. A good entry of drivers descended on the track, which was in its best condition since returning to the calendar. After a solid days testing on Saturday, the race got underway on Sunday morning. Tim Wood wins at BRCA 1/8th Track Nats Rd6

The BRCA 1/8th Track Nationals took place at the popular Halifax track this past weekend. Shepherd’s Andy Hastings took the TQ honours and was pretty much on pace with eventual race winner, Tim Wood (Shepherd), however Andrew unfortunately scored a DNF, allowing Mark Green (Serpent) to take the runner-up spot as Serpent’s Richard Hicklin rounded out the top 3 results. Green & Nutting win at British Open

…by round system for this event with Mark Green (Serpent) taking pole position having found an engine to do five minutes without a fuel stop, ahead of Alex Thurston (Serpent), Tim Wood (Shepherd), Andy Hastings (Shepherd) and John Carr (Shepherd).
