Serpent Centax-3 one piece pinions

 Serpent Centax-3 one piece pinions

New for the Serpent Centax 3 clutch are these one-piece 2-speed pinions. Made from steel, instead of the standard coated aluminium, they are much stronger than the previous versions as well as more durable, having a better resistance to wear from grit and sand picked up on the track. The 2 pinions are now combined in one piece of metal, instead of 2 separate gears that are screwed together, and this now simply screws to the clutch bell for a very secure and true clutch assembly.

David Crompton rejoins Crono

Our partners Neo Buggy have the news that 8 times British National Champion David Crompton has rejoined Italian buggy maker Radiosistemi to race their new Crono RS7GR. David left the Italian manufacturer at the end of last year to take on the challenge of the new Team Magic M1B, but then moved to Hobao from the middle of the season onwards after the M1B failed to deliver. David had this to say about his new deal –

I would really like to thank HoBao and CML for all their support this year, I’m happy to be back at Radiosistemi, and the RS7GR is the best handling car I have ever driven, everything is improved, quality, performance, speed!
