RPM Stampede 2WD rear bumper

Coming from RPM and made for Traxxas’ Stampede 2WD truck is an additional rear bumper. It combines scale looks with performance that works as it is designed to protect the rear of the chassis, the motor and the body, all while still allowing the use of a stock Traxxas wheelie bar. Additionally, if drivers decide to run without the wheelie bar, the rear bumper is so versatile, it will adapt and allow either configuration. The bumper for the Stampede 2wd consists of a scale bumper that uses design elements from many of today’s top full-scale bumper manufacturers. RPM start with an upper tubular shape, followed by faux stamped sheet metal filleted holes, a scale license plate area and with a final touch of a pair of scale 3” square openings for 5mm LEDs. The RPM bumper supports are designed tough, with serious impact absorption characteristics built in. With the use of an optional RPM rear bumper mount, the protection for the motor becomes nearly indestructible. The rear bumper is available in black or blue colour and it is made from engineering grade nylons.

However, since the track is located in an open field, constant wind gusts combined with below 5°C temps did make it a “cold” day by Floridian standards. Nonetheless, the sun did shine reminding everyone the beauty of outdoor racing. With nearly 190 entries on hand, the energy was soaring and the racing top notch.
