JConcepts Overdose 1:8 Buggy Tyre
JConcepts has announced the release of its all new Overdose 1:8 Buggy Tyre. With the Florida company’s race team arriving to IFMAR World Championships in Redovan, Spain with the new layered bar tyre for extreme conditions, the tread was up to the task of resisting long runs and main events past 30 minutes of action in the heat and glued track conditions at the Barcelos Buggy Arena track. The name arrives after “over-doing it” and adding additional overlapping bars of tread to form a mat of material. The Overdose tyre is all business, made for high-competition racing, extreme conditions with a large amount of grip. The inner carcass has increased thickness, added inner ribbing instances and generally a more robust carcass to limit overheating, sag, and dimensional instability. With the Overdose in popular compounds such as blue, green, aqua, and silver, you can tune with compound by adding less rolling resistance, and an innovative layered and repeated instances of rubber surface area. The compact and nested centre section of the tire builds the design from the centre out to provide forward bite with directional resistance.
