M Mod have announced the release of these Mugen branded mechanics gloves which come in black, with blue and purple trim. Available in a number of different sizes the top of the glove has been features a flexible, heat-resistant, padded material while the palm of the glove contains additional padding. Suitable to wear while working on your car the glove has a flexible cuff, which can be adjusted using the attached Velcro strap.

German after market parts maker All Mod have released 2 new products to their range of general and Mugen parts. First up are these engine support spacers for 1/8th scale buggies that when mounted lift your .21 motor by 1mm and this allows you to run the All Mod MSS 28 heavy-load clutch normally meant for use on .28 motors. Also new from All Mod is an aluminium clutch plate for use with the Mugen MTX and MRX range of cars that aids the engagement of the clutch for better power delivery.

Mugen Seiki Racing have annnounced that they have signed double ROAR National Champion (this year alone) Barry Baker to their 1/8th scale team for the 2008 season, and we presume for whats left of the 2007 season too. Barry, who continues to race Xray in the 200mm class, will be using Max power and Jaco tires in his MRX4-X and will be attending most of the major 1/8th races next year.

Mugen have release this new optional battery holder for there MRX-4X. Made from carbon fiber, the holder is claimed to make the car more responsive by improving the rigidity of the 1:8 onroad chassis.

Mugen Seiki in Japan have announced the release of this large blue carrying bag for hauling your gear to the track. We wrote briefly about it back in June, but only now have Mugen provided some more information on it. This large blue bag sports the Mugen logo screen printed on the outside and inside is 4 corrugated plastic drawers mounted within a frame. The internal size of the bag is 530mm x 315mm and the drawers are wipe able and resistant to high temperatures and moisture.

MID, the German based European Mugen distributors, have released this new general Mugen Seiki decal sheet. Featuring a number of Mugen Seiki and MID logos in varying sizes, the sheet also sports some curiously worded ‘Stop the Copy’ sign type logos. Available now.

Mugen Seiki have released information about their upcoming conversion set for the MRX4-R that will convert it to the MRX4-X, the car that the team will run at this years World Championships in Argentina. As you can see from the image above, it is a pretty extensive upgrade that includes new shorter rear upper wishbones, new uprights with adjustable offset, front and rear bulkheads with adjustable belt tension, new chassis plate, new front and rear shock towers and a lot more.

Released by MID under the M Mod brand are these 2 lightweight 2-speed gearbox shafts for use on the 1/8th scale Mugen MRX4 and 1/10th scale Mugen MTX4. Made from special hardened and precision-polished metal, these shafts are very stiff so are resistant to bending, even under extreme force, and because they are hollowed out they have now 20% less rotating mass.
