Groskamp & Spitteler take ETS Rd3

The 3rd round of the Much More backed Euro Touring series, held at the MACH circuit in Heemstede, The Netherlands is over and it was pole man Jilles Groskamp that took the overall win. Racing under spring sunshine, Groskamp was pushed hard in all rounds of the A-main but was able to wrap up the overall win after taking the first 2 legs. Despite having some run time issues on this big track, Marc Rheinard was able to clinch 2nd while Viktor Wilck could take 3rd to give Tamiya the complete podium. Groskamp & Christiaanse TQ Dutch ETS

Jilles Groskamp and Vasco Christiaanse have secured the TQ for the latest round of the Much More backed Euro Touring Series which is taking place at the MACH track in the Netherlands this weekend. Racing in his backyard, Tamiya ace Groskamp won three of todays four heats thereby putting the pole position out of reach of his rivals. Toughest of those rivals is current Dutch National Vice-Champion Hugo Van der Berg who took victory in the second of the heats and is currently on target to line up on the front row with his fellow countryman. Viktor Wilck joins Speed Passion

Following in the foot steps of his Tamiya team mate Jilles Groskamp, Viktor Wilck has signed a deal to use Speed Passion motors for the rest of the season, with an option for 2009. Formerly running with the Team Orion units, the Swedish driver who won the DHI Cup earlier this year, was using the new motors for the first time at last weekends LRP race in which he finished in 3rd position….

Marc Rheinard wins the LRP Masters

Tamiya factory driver, and former World Champion, Marc Rheinard has taken the LRP Masters title this weekend in Eppelheim, Germany. Qualifying for the Masters class saw the pole position also go to the German racer who placed his TRF416 ahead of his 2 team mates, Viktor Wilck from Sweden and Jilles Groskamp from Holland, with last years winner Juho Levanen in 4th. ETS Holland – Marc Fischer confirmed

The organisers of the 3rd round of the Much More backed European Touring Series are delighted to confirm that Corally factory driver Marc Fischer will be present at the event. The first outdoor event of the series, it will be held at the World famous MACH track in Heemstede, just outside Amsterdam in the Netherlands and joining the current German touring and 1/12th scale National Champion will be round 2 winner Jilles Groskamp, competing on his home track.
