Exotek RC18R GT-Z body shell

New from Exotek for the Associated RC18R, is this GT-Z body shell, which not only looks good but also performs. This body screams performance with its high down force wing, sculpted fenders, sleek hood line and super low profile roof line. The GT-Z is designed with extra room in the wheel wells to eliminate wheel rub, a major downfall in the stock 18R bodies, which seriously destabilizes the handling. Add the included high down force wing and you’ll have the most balanced feel you’ve ever experienced with your 18R. Made in the USA of durable .03″.

KM Racing V-One RRR options

KM Racing have released some new parts for the 1/10th scale Kyosho V-One RRR chassis. First up is this 3mm thick carbon fibre rear shock tower, the 2nd evolution of this design, it features 11 shock mounting holes as well as a slots for the fuel lid cable tie. Also new is a 2mm carbon fibre radio plate which has a new design and appears to be more for aesthetics than performance.

Shepherd Euro 2008 Conversion Set

Seen in our coverage from last weeks European 1/8th scale Championships in Valencia, Shepherd have now officially released their Euro 2008 Conversion Set. Containing new parts for rear end of the Velox, the distance between the lower hinge pins is smaller to increase the effective length of the lower wishbones. With this modification the Velox becomes more stable on the rear end and therefore is easier to drive. To have the same angle for the shock absorbers two carbon fibre plates are included that can be fixed at the lower wishbones.

New for the Xray NT1 is this optional lightweight XCA clutchbell made from CNC-machined premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, hardcoated for extra durability and long life. The new clutchbell has reduce rotating weight without sacrificing strength or durability, with significant weight savings over the standard clutchbell: original clutch bell (6.25g), optional lightweight clutchbell (2.75g). Precision machined to the highest tolerances using premium fully-automatic German CNC machines, they feature a high-quality hardcoating, ensuring a perfect hard coated surface every time.

Reckward Tuning Wheel balancer

Reckward Tuning were in touch to give us a first look at their new wheel balancer, suitable for both 1:10th touring and seperately 1:5 scale. Designed to easily identify any imbalance in the wheel, the balancer comes un assembled and is supplied with clay to set in the wheel to correct the imbalance. Also available for checking 1/5th scale wheels, this version has been developed in close collaboration with top German driver Markus Feldmann.

New from Xray for the M18 Pro, are these solid dish rims for rubber tires. Suitable for use only with drive shafts with hex adaptors they are sold in a set of 4. Will also fit M18/NT18 when used with drive shafts with hex adaptors and alu nuts.
