Made from a durable 7075 T6 aluminium it weighs just 8 grams and features an offset upper shock mounting for better shock alignment. With a durable black anodised coating it is finished with laser etched R1 branding.
New from California based brand R1 Wurks are these lightweight precision machined aluminium rear hubs for the Team Associated RC10B74 1:10 4WD Offroad Buggy. The hubs deliver a double advantage as they reduce the unsprung weight in your suspension system and enhance suspension precision. They also feature a dual set screws to improve the connection between the hub and hub insert on the hinge pin. In-house precision machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminium, they are direct fit, stock geometry and lightweight at just 7.95grams.
R1 Wurks has introduced its AAFC – Advanced Anti-Friction Coating. Apply coating to ball joints, hinge pins, steering bushings, gears and anywhere reduced friction is desired. R1 AAFC is a liquid formula that effortlessly evolves into a dry film coating upon application. This remarkable lubricant is precision-engineered to eliminate friction and reduce wear. It can be applied using direct or wicking methods. With the direct method you brush R1 AAFC directly onto the surface, especially suitable for areas such as spur and pinion teeth. For the wicking method use a loaded brush to dab R1 AAFC onto assembled parts, allowing it to effortlessly wick into the desired area. After drying, a thin layer of dry lubrication will be left behind. This method is excellent for tasks like lubricating ball cups, suspension balls, hinge pins, steering bushings, and anti-roll bar components. The application possibilities are endless. R1 Wurks has released this sleek, optional Flex Tuned wheelie bar made for its DC1 Drag car. Engineered to offer consistent flex properties it features extra adjustment holes for a wide range of tuning options. Placing the wheelie bar adjustment turnbuckle in closer proximity to the chassis will promote greater flex, whereas extending the upper turnbuckle and mounting it further from the chassis will reduce wheelie bar flex.
R1 Wurks has released a number of new aluminium optional parts for its DC1 Drag car. All made from a durable 7075 T6 aluminium, the new parts include a Lightweight optional shock tower. The same weight as DC1 LCG carbon fibre laydown shock tower it has a durable black anodised finish with laser etched R1 branding. Also offered is the Drop Down Wheelie Bar Bracket which provides the option to reposition the wheelie bar to be coplanar with the lower chassis. You can also adjust the mounting offset simply by using spacers for your preferred setting. Finally R1 Wurks have added an Direct Rear Hub Body Mounting Plate.
New from R1 Wurks for their DC1 Drag car are these optional aluminium Rear Risers and Steering Knuckles. The Rear Riser is designed with a lightweight approach with this option offering enhanced clearance for wider tires. A direct replacement for the injection molded Front Steering Knuckle that come standard with in the DC1 kit, the optional knuckle pair are machined from 7075-T6 and black anodised.
