Ryan Lutz takes JBRL Championship

…to an early lead over TQ Levi Jackson, also driving an ST-RR with a short chassis, and didn’t look back. His Sirio CL7B-powered ST-RR was very fast and agile, stretching out nearly a two-lap lead at the end of 15 minutes. Kyosho drivers Levi Jackson and Jimmy Wright finished second and third respectively making it an all-Kyosho podium. Jackson also took third overall for the series, giving Kyosho two of the three podium positions for the series. King & Lutz take 1-2 in RC Pro Series

…Ryan Lutz, both running Sirio-powered Kyosho Inferno 777 WC Edition buggies. Even though he trailed in points coming into the Championship final, King led the most laps and won the final round, giving him enough points to capture the National Championship. Ryan Lutz, who TQ’ed both truck and buggy classes with wins in seven of the eight qualifying rounds, scored a third place finish in the buggy class. This gave Lutz enough points to secure the second position for Pro Series Championship, while Kyosho scored the top two spots in the championship with the Inferno 777 WC. 2nd Annual Wolcott Burndown Enduro

Kyosho were in touch to let us know that their team driver Kelby Roberts, along with teammates Chris Systma, Mark Christman, and Max Flurer, have won the 2nd Annual Burndown Enduro at Wolcott Hobbies in Wolcott, CT. Driving an Inferno 777 WC Edition buggy and the new Inferno ST-RR truck, the team took top honors in both the buggy and truck classes without a single mechanical issue during the combined five hours of driving. King & Lutz win at RC Pro Series West

…in Phoenix, Arizona over the weekend. Cody King, driving a Sirio-powered Kyosho ST-RR, TQ’ed the truggy class and then drove to a convincing win during the final. Lutz, also running a Sirio-powered ST-RR, was leading the Truggy final when he ran out of fuel, dropping back more than two laps, but he still managed to make it back to third to capture the final podium position. The 1/8 buggy class was a 1-2-3 sweep for the Kyosho Inferno 777 WC and Sirio. Ryan Lutz took top honors with Cody kind taking second and Trevor Clement in third. Hereford Open Meeting 2007 – Report

…3rd position into the final (8laps/5m10secs). The Open final was a simple affair with the drivers finish in the same order they lined up!
