JConcepts have introduced their new Bronze medium thickness lubricant for bearings and other applications. After considerable testing, the RM2 Bronze oil is the stand-out lubricant in the pits of 2-time IFMAR World Champion, Ryan Maifield. When it comes to a simple touch up to oil bearings, CVA’s or any surface that needs a little friction reduction, apply a liberal amount of the oil to coat the area for a fresh life. Ultimate Racing M3X V2.0 nitro off-road engine

Modelix Racing have announced the release of the new Ultimate Racing M3X V2.0 3.5cc nitro off-road engine. Like its predecessor M3X, the V2.0 is based on the square stroke O.S. Speed B21 Ty Tessmann II edition engine. The engine has been specifically designed for maximum power, performance and tuneability while offering super smooth linear power over the whole RPM range. The carburettor, crankcase and crankshaft have been developed to improve fuel consumption while the cooling head has been redesigned by Modelix. It is not as low as the B2102 lower profile but it is lighter so it keeps the centre of gravity as low as the B2102 while improving its performance in very high temperatures. Unlike the previous M3X, the V2.0 comes with the 21 J3 carburettor. Its high-speed needle holder has been redesigned for a better fuel flow cooling, lowering the temp of the carb, offering improved idle stability, fuel mileage and overall engine performance. In addition, the uniball joint of the carb slide has also been modified with two stoppers instead of one. With this new modified design, racers can easier adjust the angle of the uniball joint without having to disassemble the engine. Also the original design of the O.S. backplate has been modified. It has been milled to improve the gas flow going to the piston and the backplate now is made of 7075-T6 Swiss aluminium to improve durability of both the conrod and backplate. Thanks to its design, you can remove the backplate without damaging the conrod even when it is on its lower position (PMI). The lateral grooves allow to easily remove the backplate without having to use any tool that can damage it.
