Roche Rapide F1 2.25mm carbon fibre chassis

Roche have introduced two new option parts for the Rapide F1 formula car. First up is the new low-traction carbon fibre chassis cut from 2.25mm material and best used on slippery asphalt tracks. The chassis was tested by Roche’s Olivier Bultynck at the recent fourth round of the ETS and it is complemented by the second new part, a suitable 2.25mm carbon fibre lower pod plate. The latter is necessary to achieve a properly aligned power pod when running the 2.25mm main chassis plate.

Yokomo BD7 alloy battery guides & steering limiters

Yokomo BD7 alloy battery guides & steering limiters

Yokomo have introduced new aluminium option parts for the BD7-2016 touring car in the form of aluminium battery guides and steering limited screws. The battery guides, that are also usable on the 2015 car, make for a more secure mounting of the battery pack while adding a factory look thanks to their black anodised surfaces and machined silver edges. On top of this the mounts also make for an improved weight balance when used with lower capacity batteries. As for the steering limiter screws, the machined alloy parts screw into the top of the Ackermann arms, they come as pairs and are available in 8.0mm, 8.5mm and 9.0mm diameter to mechanically limit steering travel which can reduce wheel chatter at high steering angles. All parts become available by end of May.
