…I already felt comfortable with my Reedy-powered TC6.1. Only a few small changes from my US Indoor Champs setup were needed to lock her down. Modified 1/12 was a little bit more challenging. I lost traction early in the run for the first few runs but this situation continued to improve and by the second round of qualifying the problem was resolved. They work on the AE TC6, Hot Bodies TCX (and other HPI/HB TC’s), Durango line of 10th Scale vehicles as well as all other cars that use a 4.3mm ball end with a 3mm thread on them. These ball ends are 1mm lower than the AE Black Ball Studs, have a 3mm long thread and work great on the steering bell crank on your TC6. …was the most competitive class of the weekend for me. Even though I was TQ in the first five rounds, the last round would determine the pole sitter, as it usually does. While I had a mechanical failure, teammate Mike Blackstock drove a near perfect run to claim TQ by a little over 2 seconds.
